We decided to send Liz to herding camp after her little informal instinct test showed she liked the sheep. We’ve been on the long waitlist with Megan Sims Kennedy in Arizona for longer than a year and finally now she’s herding!!
We got the first update after she was there for a week and it was great. Fingers crossed that she continues to love it and succeeds in this adventure. It’s really neat that even though we haven’t bred specifically for herding instinct, there is something there.
We miss her so much, especially Kiki who was her main play buddy! It’s super expensive, but what with these dogs isn’t?
