Oh boy! It’s been a while.

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted here. My original intention with this site is to keep everyone updated on what’s going on with us. Oops.

There has been A LOT of stuff in the last 1.5 years.

First thing to update is that our little stink, Kiki, finished her AKC Championship. She was “pink” in our last litter and her name is now AKC CH Bialy If You Know You Know CGC. The AKC CH part means she got all the required points and majors needed to complete her championship title with the American Kennel Club. She also has 5 major points towards her ASCA (Australian Shepherd Club of America) championship too. The CGC at the end of her name stands for Canine Good Citizen. It’s a title from AKC that basically means she was tested to have good manners around other dogs and with people. There are a series of exercises in the test where they have to walk with/near other dogs behaving, accept people touching and brushing them and stay with a stranger while the owner is absent for a few minutes. Pretty simple.

For her championships, we utilized a professional handler. She is the same one who showed Bonnie, Remi and Olive for some of their championship points. That’s why you see her in the win photos and not me.

Now that we wait for other shows to finish her ASCA title, she will continue on with her agility training which she loves! She’s such a fun girl.
